BBcode: Ordered list code doesn't work

How to reproduce:
1. Create post using BBCode [list = ]
E.g. insert text

[list=1]
[*] Строчка1
[*] Строчка2
[/list]

AR: see attached screenshot

• List is displayed without numbering
• BBCode is displayed as plain text
• Half of rows is hidden

ER: List is displayed ordered according to used parameter
OR list is displayed as simple list

Note: This issue affect migrated data.
If ordered list will not be supported by JCommune BBCode, than migration script should carefully update posts with this code.
(It looks kind of tricky as there are examples when this code is used as plain text).
