UI: Click on non existing image opens an ugly dialog

How to reproduce:
1. Create post using link to non existing image
E.g.
[img]http://www.javatalks.ru/images/g11111.png[/img]

2. Open post and click the broken image icon

AR: see attached screenshot

• The standard browser (or OS?) error message is displayed
• Text is not useful for viewer, s/he cannot fix the path

ER:

• The error message is displayed the same way as clicked image (see example)
• The error message says something like "The image cannot be displayed. Probably it doesn't exist anymore."
