Counter of online registered users doesn't work.

      Description

      The counter of online registered users on the forum Main page doesn't work. There is '0' always there.

      How to reproduce:
      1. Open forum and check the online registered users counter. It placed at the bottom of the main page (see att.). It shows '0'.
      2. Login forum and check the counter one more time.

      AR: it shows '0'
      ER: it shows '1'.
