Configure Trim Filter to exclude all static data like pictures, css, js

      Description

      At the moment, trim filter handles all requests, including static data (pictures, JS, ccs). This adversely affects the performance of the forum. It was checked in JProfiler. So we need to configure trim filter for excluding static data.

          This is filter fix I've mentioned recently. It has no functional impact at all, but we expect it to boost the performance on static resources: js files, css sheets, images and so on
