E-mail validation in Sign Up doesn’t work if email is too long

1. Go to Forum, press “Sign Up” button
2. Fill the fields Username, Password, Confirm password, Captcha field with valid data
3. Enter email containing more than 50 symbols
4. Press Sign Up button

As a result, nothing happens, the User can still see Sign Up form, but he can’t change any data or close the window. Registration is not completed, activation link is not sent to the User

Expected result: Error message should appear.

Rus: «Email не может содержать более 50 символов»
Ukr: «Email не може містити більше 50 символів»
