After user pressed Save on the page of CR creation, the code review should be created, the body will be the whole text that was submitted on the page CR creation.
Note, that after CR was created, user should be redirected to the page where she can see just created CR. The URL is the same as the Topic browsing URL: http://jcommune.org/topics/165. This URL will trigger the loading of CR page. That page is going to be implemented in a separate task.
