      Description

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Sign in
      2. Edit topic in a branch

      Actual Result: Title is shown twice in the edit topic dialog
      Expected Result: Title should be shown just in edit field in the edit topic dialog, not in a header (see implementation of Draft in Private Messages)
