      Description

      Multiline signature is damaged after profile editing, because signature field has just one line and there is no way to add line feed.

      Steps to reproduce:
      1. Login and go to profile; click Edit
      2. Copy/paste text in two rows
      3. Save your profile
      4. Create new topic/post/use existing one and see the signature

      Actualt result: Signature is shown in 1 row
      Expected Result: Signature is shown in 2 rows
