Block the transition to non-existent pages

Allowed to transfer to non-existent page (see images).

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open some page with padgination (Recent Activities for ex.)
2. Change number in the URL to value which exceeds maximum

As a result, page with this number is shown even it is not exist
Expected result: Anywhere there is pagination: if you specify a value less than the first page - to show first page. If the value is exceed maximum pages that show the maximum page.

This issue can be reproduce on Recent Activity oage, Topic without answer, Search, Private messages, user's post list(from Profile), topics/branches page
