            What if we have a lot of comments? Then after pressing on the row, the input will appear at the bottom where user doesn't see it. Neither she'll be able to see the line of code she's commenting.

            Yes. But when we have a lot of comments maybe we more frequent need to see last comments (it is newer info, we don't read it before) than code string?
