      Description

      Text about hotkeys CTRL+Enter for send and Esc for close comment form in review is not clearly legible.

      Steps:
      1. Go to http://uat.jtalks.org/jcommune/ and sign in
      2. Go to topic (with code_review) and click code review

      Actual result: Text "Ctrl + Enter to send, Esc closes the form" beneath the buttons ADD and CANCEL buttons is not clearly legible(it's very thin and small)
      Expected result: Text "Ctrl + Enter to send, Esc closes the form" must be easy legible
