Password recovery has been send on refreshing a page

Password reset after each time the page is refreshed.

How to reproduce:
1. Go to the 'Password recovery' form (it's: http://qa.jtalks.org/jcommune/password/restore )
2. Enter your e-mail
3. Press the 'Send' button
-> New password and link for login were received on e-mail
4. Check your e-mail
5. Click on authorization link from email, login with new password
-> Ok
6. Refresh page on the old tab (it's the 'Password recovery' form)

Alternative Steps:
1. Go to the 'Password recovery' form (it's: http://qa.jtalks.org/jcommune/password/restore )
2. Enter your e-mail
3. Press the 'Send' button
4. Refresh this page

Actual Result: New password and link for login were received on e-mail.
It's impossible to see that new password was received on e-mail. Text about it is not marked.

Expected Result: New password and link for login was not received on e-mail
