Reply on the message

User sees a message. New action is allowed - reply. User clicks on reply button. New message is created. Fields from, to and title are filled in. from - the name of current user, to - sender of the viewed message, title - "re: " + title of original (viewed) message. in case the title already starts with "re: " just copy it.
