... instead of bigger columns

As a Reader I'd like to see ... if topic/branch title or username are too long so that I don't see ugly pages with changing height and width

Acceptance Criteria:

• We need to have a stable column width so that if topic names is too long, it's truncated while showing them.
• Only pages with list of topics are affected by this story

Note, that we need to measure how many symbols we can allow.
