Dropdown language menu isn't fully visible after resizing window

Steps to reproduce:
1) Decrease window size for appearing group button in top menu
2) Click on "Group" button twice (for appearing and disappearing menu)
3) Increase window size to displaying all elements of top menu
4) Press link "Change language"

Actual result - only small part of dropdown language menu is visible
Expected result - fully visibility of dropdown language menu
