      Description

      Precondition:
      You have a registered user with username- testuser and password- userpass.

      Steps for reproduce bug:
      Click login link. Input in username field TestUser and in password field- userpass. Click Sign In button.

      Expected: authorization failed and showed validation message.
      Actual: authorization successful.

      This bug reproduces only in localhost. On http://deploy.jtalks.org/jcommune it works correct.
