      Description

      As an Admin I'd like to be able to edit others profile directly from the profile page so that I can edit jcommune-specific fields

      Acceptance Criteria:

      • EDIT_OTHERS_PROFILE permission should be introduced
      • Such admins should see the same editing facilities as the profile owner except they don't need to specify Current Password in order to change the password.
      • Contacts are possible to be changed as well.
