      Steps to reproduce
      1. Open link http://uat.jtalks.org/jcommune/user/new
      2. Fill all fields with correct data
      3. Press "Sign up" button

      Actual result
      Main page opens

      Expected result
      User receives info pop up message "Registration mail has been sent to your e-mail. Please follow the activation link in this mail to complete registration."
