Uploading an avatar is not handled properly

      Description

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Log in.
      2. User profile / Edit
      3. Upload avatar - choose a picture / Ok

      Expected Result: Avatar is added.
      Requirements for the picture are described clearly near the uploading button.
      In case that chosen picture cannot be uploaded due to its size ore format clear message is given to user.

      Current Result: Can't add photo as avatar due to it's big size. No requirements / warnings of limites for its size are given.
