No error message when uploading avatar larger than 1Mb

Preconditions
User has permission EDIT_PROFILE and logged in JCommune

Steps to reproduce
1. Go to own profile, press button "Edit profile"
2. Press button "Upload" under the avatar and select image larger than 1Mb

Actual result
There is no avatar in avatar block. After saving changes user has old avatar which was before editing the profile.
Expected result
User receives error about too big image

Note
Problem doesn't depend on browser and Poulpe's setting "Avatar max size". But maybe it is Poulpe bug - in "Avatar max size" max falue is 1Mb.
