Preconditions:
1.Registered User1 with valid email
2. Choose Ukr language in top menu
3. User1 logout from Forum
How to reproduce:
1. Click on SignIn link in top menu
2. Click on "Forgot password?" link
3. Fill out email field with User1 email
4. Press "Send" button
5. Choose English language in top menu
6. Repeat steps 1-4
6. Verify User1 email
AR: both emails are in Ukrainian language
ER: email in Ukr and Engl language
