Preconditions:
1.logout from the forum
2. choose any language in top menu(issue reproduced in all languages:Ru,Ukr,Eng)
How to reproduce
1. Click on SignUp link in top menu
2. Fill out fields with valid info
3. Press "SignUp" button
4. Verify email that was specified in step 2
5. Open "Activate JTalks account" mail
AR: In signature: "Best regards, Jtalks forum"
ER: "JTalks forum"
NOTE: In Ru language the same error also in subject: "Активация аккаунта Jtalks" instead of "Активация аккаунта JTalks"
