      Description

      As a User I'd like to have my Profile, Messages, Configuration in a single dropdown below my username so that it looks compact

      Acceptance Criteria:

      • Profile, Messages, Logout, Configuration should be removed from page header
      • A single text item should appear - username. This item should be a dropdown with Profile, Messages, Logout, Configuration there.
      • Because user can't see the amount of unread messages without clicking on dropdown, this counter should be duplicated near the username. Note that we still see the counter next to Messages when dropdown is open.
      • Configuration should be shown or not shown depending on permissions as it does right now
