Steps to reproduce:
1. Sing In
2. Choose Russian (Ukrainian) language
3. Create a new CR
4. Post Comment for CR
5. Press Delete comment button

Actual result: Confirmation dialog appears with "Cancel" and "Ok" buttons

Expected Result: Confirmation dialog appears with "Отменить"("Скасувати") and "Oк" buttons
