Can't change language in bottom of the page

      Description

      Steps to reproduce:
      1. Go to main page (branch page, topic page etc.)
      2. Scroll to bottom of the page
      3. Click on the flag in the upper right corner

      Actual result:
      Nothing happened.

      Expected result:
      Dropdown menu with languages is opened.

          Bug: Focus doesn't move in language's menu

          Environment:
          Opera 12.15

          Steps to reproduce:
          1. Go to main page
          2. Scroll to bottom of the page
          3. Click on the flag in the upper right corner
          4. Move focus on languages

          Actual result:
          Focus is got stuck in one language.

          Expected result:
          Focus is moved with cursor.

          Stanislav Bashkyrtsev please approve that we can close this issue; note that user can't change language just in Opera browser, but it popular on mobile devices
