      Description

      How to reproduce:

      1. Sign in
      2. go to Private Messages page
      3. Click to Drafts

      AR: Draft page is opened with focus on the search field
      ER: There is no focus oon some field on the page; focus will be moved to Component Name (upper left corner) on clicking Tab
