Description

Preconditions:
User must have "Edit profile permissions"
1. Sing in
2. Go to user profile page
3. Press edit profile button
4. Edit email with email of other registered user

AR: There isn't error message near email field. The changes didn't saved.
Username and "Enter your current password" field disappeared.

ER: There is error message near e-mail field. The changes didn't saved.
