      Description

      As a user I would like to be able insert bbcodes by pressing key, not only by mouse clicking on buttons.
      E.g. Ctrl+B (or Alt+B) for [b]...[/b] tag. Also all shortcuts should be checked for intersection with browsers hotkey.
