Wrong label in language menu when pictures are turned off

Preconditions
Turn off displaying images in your browser

Steps to reproduce
1. Change language in dropdown top menu to Ukrainian
2. Look at label on "Ukrainian" item

Actual result
Label is "Українаська"

Expected result
Label should be "Українська"

Note
There is wrong attribute "alt" for image in language menu:
