      Description

      1. Log in
      2. Create New topic or post
      3. Press Edit post button
      4. Press Back button on Address bar

      AR: The tooltip "Edit this post" is visible all time, it is not hiding (http://screencast.com/t/i9wbABjvPN)
      ER: Tooltip is not visible unless the cursor is over the Edit button

      Note: There are same problems with Answer and Quote tooltips
