User can insert picture with space in URL link

Steps to reproduce
1. Log in
2. Click ' New topic' in a branch
3. Click 'Insert picture'
4. Press [Space] and click 'Ok'

Actual result: Empty image is created ('[img] [/img]')

Expected result: Empty image shouldn't be created. Error 'May not be empty' should be occured.
