Change format for "Google+" contacts

Now we add contacts for Google+ in format mail@gmail.com.
But it is not correct format:
1) it is not exactly Google+ account (it is only Gmail address) - and maybe users want to share only Google+ page (without email)
2) somebody can use Google+ via own domain. So they can have something like name@myowndomain.com

We should provide correct format:

• Adding contact - format should be

  123456789012345678901

  (21 numeric symbols total)

• Displaying contact - format should be:

  https://plus.google.com/123456789012345678901/
