It is possible to save Code Review with more than 100000 symbols

SR:
1. Login jcommune with user which have permission to create code review;
2. Click "new code review" in a branch;
3. Enter valid topic title;
4. Fill in the "code review" field with 100 000 bb-codes with some text inside of it

5. Click "Save"
AR: Code review with 100 000 bb-codes (more than 700 000 characters) successfully saved.
ER: Error message "size must be between 2 and 20000" appeared.
