In admin panel button ‘Upload’ doesn’t work on moving focus on it via [Tab] and pressing [Enter]

      Description

      Pre-conditions:

      • User is registered and logged
      • User has admin permission for JCommune
      • Click on 'Administration link' on forum
      • Click on logo to open admin dialog on forum

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Press [Tab] until focus will be on button 'Upload'
      2. Press [Enter]

      Actual result: Nothing happened.

      Expected result: Window for uploading logo image should be opened.
