Last read post should depend on date rather than post index

      Description

      A discussion is here. To be short we need to make column LAST_READ_POSTS.LAST_READ_POST_INDEX should become LAST_READ_POSTS.LAST_READ_POST_DATE.
      Within this iteration we need to add this new column and make hibernate reference it. Old column should get removed in the next iteration.

      This should improve performance a bit while removing the posts.
