      Preconditions
      User has permissions for editing forum configuration

      Steps to reproduce
      1. User press "Administration" link
      2. User press forum description

      Actual result
      Nothing happens

      Expected result
      Forum configuration window is opened

      Note
      When user press forum logo main page is loaded (same as user are not in administration mode).
