Username which consists of % and the same number on both sides of the % does not become a link.

      Pre-conditions: register and activate user with username 2%22

      Steps to reproduce:
      1. Login jcommune with user which have permission to create posts.
      2. Go to any topic and click "answer".
      3. Enter the following text in the text field: @2%
      4. Choose username 2%22, click "preview" and click "answer".

      AR: 2%22 does not become a link to the user profile (neither on preview page, no on the page with post).
      ER: 2%22 becomes a link to the user profile.
