Unable to upload favorite icon in "ico" format

      Description

      Administration dialog for uploading favicons displays error "File has invalid extension. Only *.jpeg, *.jpg, *.gif, *.png are allowed." if you try to upload icon in "ico" format. The dialog must have a support for "ico" format as this is a general format for favicons.
