      Description

      user should be remembered by default. users often make mistake, forgetting to select checkbox in logon dialog.

            Test Environment: JCommune 1.9.1124, Mozilla Firefox 22, Google Chrome 28, Opera 12.15.
            Test Scenario:
            Steps to reproduce: Go to the home page of jcommune (http://uat.jtalks.org/jcommune) and click "sign in".
            AR: "remember me" checkbox is enabled in appeared "sign in" form.
            ER: "remember me" checkbox is enabled in appeared "sign in" form.
            Regression tests: "remember me" function, sign in, creating posts.
            Test results: Fixed, can be closed.
