Insert Code window

Preconditions:

• User (e.g. user1) should have CREATE_POSTS permissions in branch (e.g. branch1)

Steps to reproduce:

1. Sign in, go to branch1 and press New Topic
2. Type some text, e.g. text
3. Select text with your mouse or keyboard
4. Press Ctrl+K in order Insert Link window to show up
5. In the window change text to newtext, also enter URL Link, e.g. link
6. Press Ok
