      Description

      1.Go to any topic, enter any text (f.ex. "this is a URL")
      2.Select it and press URL BB-Code button
      As a result, the text entered is shown in a field Text to display
      3.Delete all the words except the word URL
      4.Enter any valid link to the URL link field, press OK and then press Answer
      AR: the text "this is a URL URL " is posted, where the second URL is a link you entered
      ER: all the text should be deleted except for "URL" where URL is a link you entered

      The same behavior should happen in Private Messages
