In Chrome footer in some cases is not visible.

Test Environment: JCommune 1.9.1218, Google Chrome 28.
Pre-conditions: login jcommune with user which have permissions to view and create posts.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a topic.
AR: footer is cropped (see attachment №1).
ER: footer is displayed correctly.
2. Add a post to the topic, created in step 1.
AR: post is cropped (see attachment №2).
ER: post is displayed correctly.

P.S. footer is cropped in some other situations (see attachments 3-6)
