In mobile popup windows are extremely zoomed

      Description

      Popup windows look strange: at first opening they are zoomed at max, so you need to close keyboard firstly and then make zoom as you need and then fill the form (login form, registration form, administration form)

      Test scenario
      Steps:
      1. Press login button (or registration, or administration)

      Actual result
      Window is zoomed at max and user needs to make window smaller.

      Expected result
      Window is zoomed at normally size.

            Eugene Salmin, I checked on iOS 7 - behavior is the same like on iOS 6.
            About Android (and iOS too): It will be good, if fields login/password will be shown to user in whole size after clicking login button

            Now the problem with login window is fixed (screenshot1), but we have another one with upper menu.

            I've tried on Android 2.3 (Samsung Galaxy S) and and iPad with iOS 7.0.3 and it wasn't reproduced

            it's not problem. this is because that the scale was limited, and depending on the resolution of the screen (phone) there will be minimized tip or not

            Artem R, it isn't necessary to check, Julia have already checked it.
            So bug is fixed. And problem with menu I will described in other issue.
