BB Links should lead to /out page

      Description

      As an Owner I'd like all the links left by users to be passed though 'jcommune/out?url=http://external-resource.com' page so that I don't loose my google PR

      Acceptance Criteria:

      • Links left by users in posts, signatures should lead to /out page
      • If the link leads to the forum itself, then it should be a direct link (without /out page)
      • /out page should redirect to the actual internet resource with 302 HTTP code

      Justification:

      • When we reference other internet resources, we share google PR with them
      • We'll add jcommune/out page to the robots.txt file so that Google does not follow this link and thus we'll leave our PR to ourselves.
