Add link to newly created topic in the branch notification

As a branch subscriber I confused by a mail notification after new topic creation. I go throught a link and can't understand what was changed in the branch page.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Subscribe to some branch via Subscribe link (for ex. http://uat.jtalks.org/jcommune/branches/3)
2. login as another user and create new topic in this branch
3. check email by first user

Actual Result: E-mail notification with link to branch page is received
Expected Result: Link to the new created topic should be in E-mail notification.
