[CLONE] Username doesn't remain on entering wrong password (login page)

      Description

      Username is not saved on entering wrong password.

      Steps to reproduce:
      1. Open login page (http://uat.jtalks.org/jcommune/login)
      2. Enter valid name
      3. Enter invalid password and click Sign in

      As a result, login name is cleared
      Expected, that username remains when the error message appears
