In Opera for Ukrainian and English language all bb-codes are inserted incorretly

Choose Ukranian or English language.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create topic
2. Insert any bb-code

Actual result:
Incorrect inserting of bb-code. For ex.:

[codeInsert your text here[/code]=sql]

[Insert your text here[/b]b]

Expected result:
Bb-code should be inserted correctly.
