      Description

      Steps to reproduce
      1. Turn off image displaying in browser
      2. Go to JCommune main page, press "Sign Up"
      3. Fill username, email, password, confirm password fields with valid data (captcha fild should be empty)
      4. Press "Sign up" button

      Actual result
      User registered succesfully and received email with activation link

      Expected result
      User shouldn't be registered. User should receive message about incorrect captcha.
