Some bb-codes applied to selected text incorrectly in IE

Steps to reproduce:
In the answer form enter some text.
Select text and press [B].

Actual result:
some text[b]Ваш текст[/b]
Expected result:
[b]some text[/b]

Issue is reproducible for tags [B], [I], [U], [S], [Highlight],[left],[right],[center],[quote].
It works as expected for [size],[code],[indent]
