Unsubscribing via e-mail notification about new/deleted topics

When user subscibe to certain branch in JCommune forum, he\she receives an e-mail notification about changes.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Subscribe to some branch via Subscribe link (for ex. http://qa.jtalks.org/jcommune/branches/3).
2. Log in as another user and create new topic in this branch.
3. Delete any topic (e.x. newly created).
4. Check e-mail of the first user.

Actual Result: E-mail notification about chages.
Expected Result: E-mail notification about chages with text suggesting the user to unsubscibe from notification about changes.

Suggested text of unsubscribing:

En: Dear, %Username%, if you don't want to further receive such notifications, please follow the link: <Unsubscribe>.

Ru: Уважаемый/а,%Имя пользователя%, если Вы в дальнейшем не хотите получать такие уведомления, пожалуйста, перейдите по ссылке: <Отписаться>.

Ua: Шановний/а, %Имя пользователя%, якщо ж Ви надалі не хочете отримувати такі повідомлення, будь ласка, перейдіть за посиланням: <Відписатися>.
